Return Policy
1. Any product returns must occur within 30 days of purchase.
2. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in resalable
condition.
3. All order returns and cancellations are subject to a 25% "restocking"
fee. Fee is determined using the total price of the products purchased,
and does not include shipping and handling charges.
4. A Return Authorization number (RAN) is needed for any and all
returns. Any products returned without this number will not be accepted.
The RAN must be clearly printed on the outside of the return package.

5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept COD
deliveries. Shipping charges are not refundable.
6. Please include your order number, billing information, and shipping
information with the return.
7. Certain products that Grover Gear offers are custom orders and are
individually made to customer specifications. These products cannot be
returned except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Any and all
custom orders are non-returnable.
8. All returns MUST BE SHIPPED THROUGH UNITED PARCEL
SERVICE (UPS). Any returns sent through any other carrier will not be
accepted, except in the case of international orders.
