Return Policy
1. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product.
2. Product must be returned unused in the original packaging and in resalable
condition.
3. Certain personal items cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. These
include but are not limited to undergarments, toilet seats, anus stimulators and
suppository inserters. Please contact us before purchase if you have potential
return questions.
4. All order returns and cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Restocking fee does not apply in the event of a defective product. Fee is
determined using the total price of the products purchased, and does not
include shipping and handling charges. This fee covers the expenses incurred
in our processing and subsequent re-processing of your returned order.
5. A Return Authorization number (RAN) is needed for any and all returns. Any
products returned without this number will not be accepted. The RAN must be
clearly printed on the outside of the return package. Contact Grover Gear
Medical to acquire an RAN.
6. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept COD
deliveries. Shipping charges are not refundable.
7. Please include your order number, billing information, and shipping
information with the return.
8. Certain products that Grover Gear offers are custom orders and are
individually made to customer specifications. These products cannot be
returned except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Any and all custom
orders are non-returnable.
