Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: What if I change my mind about my purchase? A: You can return your item with a pre-approved Return Authorization Number obtained from us via phone or email. Please note that returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. See our Store Policies page for all return details.
Q: How long will it take to process my order? A: Most orders ship within 1 business day. Some of our items ship directly from our distributors (this saves everyone on shipping costs). Distributor-shipped items usually ship within 2-3 business days.
