Store Policies

Grover Gear Medical offers the following Returns Policy:

Returns must be pre-approved from a staff member at Grover Gear Medical, who will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Contact us at GroverGear@q.com or 866-666-9680 and we will provide you with a number.

Items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date in unused, new condition in original packaging with all related materials. If these conditions are not met, a refund will not be issued.

Due to hygenic reasons, toileting items are NOT returnable.\

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the cost of shipping materials and fees associated with processing and re-processing.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please use a trackable method for return delivery. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail.
