| Shipping Information |
- Most items will ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of order except if an item is on back order.
There are occasional back order situations that are unknown until after the purchase is made. In these
cases shipping may take 1-2 weeks, sometimes longer. Please allow for these situations when
ordering. If expedited delivery is necessary please contact us to check product availability before
placing your order. Not all items are compatible with next-day delivery. We will email you an estimated
shipping date and actual shipping dates on all orders.
- If we run out of stock of a purchased item, we will have it shipped directly from the distributor via their
preferred shipping method at no additional cost to you to avoid shipping delays.
- Online purchasers have the option of using the United States Postal Service or UPS upon checkout.
Shipping rates are based on shipping method chosen and packaged weight of item(s).
- Shipping charges for Purchase Orders and Mailed/Faxed orders will apply based on dollar amount. See chart
below.
- Purchasers outside the United States can now choose between UPS and International USPS
Services. Standard First Class International USPS shipping is only available on packages up to 4
pounds. After 4 pounds, USPS International Priority shipping charges will apply.
- Certain products are warehoused at the distributor and will be shipped directly to the customer using
one of the many popular carriers at no additional expense.
- Products shipped via UPS and USPS Priority will have tracking numbers available.
- Products shipped via standard USPS will not have tracking numbers available.
- UPS is the ONLY method that INSURES your product in case of damage during shipping. If you want
your items insured, you must use UPS shipping or contact us to request shipping insurance. Shipping
insurance is not always available to certain areas.
